Kandice Lea is a mindful nutrition coach and a local to Delhi who is offering an introductory workshop to her Nourished Life Community. In this community Kandice offers several programs that focus on key challenges within nutrition and ways to move past those hurdles in a positive, informed and supportive space for all. In this workshop Kandice will cover a basic overview of the programs and get you started on your way to a more nourished life. Come for a meet and greet with Kandice Lea and get to know more about the Nourished Life Community.

“I truly believe that mindfulness is where everything gets shifted when it comes to ending dieting and truly nourishing our bodies” – Kandice Lea
