Create a 3D mixed media winter pine on canvas. Feel free to bring old books, dress/sewing patterns, tissue paper and corrugated cardboard (cardboard boxes).
No worries if not brought as materials will be available and supplied

Jen Lados is a local mixed media artist whose multi-layered canvases are often infused with humorous elements and playful images allowing the viewer to join in her sophisticated and abstract, yet childlike exploration of life and the world in which we live. Jen’s artistic vision stems from experimentation, exploration and play. She enjoys working with media such as pastel (chalk and oil) paint (acrylic and oil) and texture mediums, newspaper, cardboard, fabric, photographs, etc. She has an intense passion for vibrant colours and pop culture and takes inspiration from nature, the media and artists past and present. She likes to capture ordinary objects, landscapes and simple pleasures.
