Join us at the Delhi Tobacco Museum & Heritage Centre this summer for full-day, in-person summer camps that are crammed full of cooperative games, competitions, dancing, drama activities, outdoor adventures and nature walks, experiments, crafts, and so much more! There’s a little bit of everything for all types of kids.
Camp runs daily from Monday to Friday (with the exception of STAT holidays). Our camp offers your family the flexibility to register for individual days or for a whole week.
- Ages 5-11
- $33.00 per child/day (9am-4pm)*
- Extended hours (8am – 4:30pm) are available for an additional fee of $5 per child/day.
Pre-registration is required. Registration opens Wednesday, May 10th, in person and online via the County’s ENCORE system.
Unleash your creativity! Summer Camp begins by tapping into our campers’ artistic side. We will dive the world of art through sketching, sculpting, and painting, stage our own original play, create delicious kitchen concoctions, and (hopefully!) hit all the right notes with our DIY musical instruments.
Put on your sunscreen and join us for some outdoor exploration. This week, we will learn survival techniques and how to use a compass. Campers will take nature hikes, work in the garden, and spend lots of time outside.
Eureka! Sensational STEM week at the museum and that means the kids will be mixing up a bit of mad science, embracing their inner inventors, engineering tall towers and magnificent marble runs, and trying their hand at a little Museum CSI.
If there is not enough interest in a specific camp program, the program will be cancelled and those who have registered will receive a full refund.
If a cancellation request is received more than three (3) days prior to the start of the program, a full refund, less a $5 administration fee, will be issued. If the request for cancellation is received within three days of the start of the program, a refund will not be issued.
